Website terms

Information, boundaries and responsible use.

These terms govern use of kryterion.africa. Last updated 19 August 2026.

1. Information only

This website provides general information about Kryterion’s activities, frameworks, platforms, programmes and engagement routes. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, procurement or technical advice.

2. No public-institution representation

Nothing on this site means Kryterion represents, binds or commits a Ministry, military service, agency, public institution, DICON or any other third party unless a page expressly states an authorised written mandate.

3. No procurement or investment offer

Participation in a Kryterion platform, event, discussion or qualification process does not create a tender, contract, purchase commitment, guaranteed offtake, investment commitment or endorsement. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities or regulated investment service.

4. Platforms and ventures

Names listed as platforms, ventures or wider-ecosystem initiatives may have separate legal ownership, governance and contractual responsibility. The public brand map is not a legal group chart.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kryterion name, mark, P⁴I framework, text, graphics, site design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Kryterion. They may not be copied, co-branded, modified or used to imply endorsement without written permission.

6. External links

External links are provided for convenience. Kryterion does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or terms of third-party sites.

7. Submissions

Do not submit classified, restricted, export-controlled, operationally sensitive or third-party confidential information without authority. Submission does not create a fiduciary, agency, exclusive or advisory relationship.

8. Accuracy and change

We seek to keep the site accurate, but programmes, dates, governance arrangements and opportunities may change. Binding information is contained only in signed agreements or formal institutional communications.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kryterion is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on general website information or for loss arising from third-party links, unauthorised use or interruption of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions may be sent to info@kryterion.africa.
